About returns and cancellations

We do not accept any cancellations or changes after the order is confirmed.
If you wish to change the delivery date or delivery address information, please check the delivery slip number sent to you via email after the product is shipped, and contact Yamato Transport directly.

About returns and exchanges

Due to Golden Week holidays, returned items will be returned during the following period. We will temporarily suspend receiving your order.
If you would like to return the product, please arrange for it to arrive outside of the suspension period.

If you wish to return the item due to your own circumstances, please check the return conditions and return procedure below and return the item within 14 days of delivery.
Please note that we do not accept exchanges of products due to customer convenience. Please return the product and place a new order for the desired product.

Return policy
We cannot accept returns in the following cases.

  • More than 14 days have passed since the product arrived
  • SALE items, lucky bags, special price items
  • Products with a non-returnable description on the product page
  • Items that have been used or have been damaged or soiled by the customer
  • If the product box, product sticker, instruction manual, etc. are damaged, defaced, lost, or discarded
  • If all the components of the set are not included

About refunds and fees
In the case of a return due to customer circumstances, a restocking fee of 500 yen will be charged for each order.
All shipping fees, cash on delivery fees, and gift wrapping fees will be borne by the customer.

Return instructions
1. Cut out the "return receipt slip" at the bottom of the delivery note and fill in the returned quantity
If you are returning multiple items, please enter the quantity of each item.
*We will not be able to accommodate your requests even if they are written on the return form, so if you have any requests, please be sure to contact us in advance using the inquiry form on our website.

2. Within 14 days of receiving the product, enclose the "Return Acceptance Form" and return the product prepaid.
Please be sure to include a return receipt slip. If you do not have a return form, the return process may be significantly delayed.

3. Receipt and confirmation of returned products
Once we receive the returned item, you will receive a receipt confirmation email. After that, we will confirm the quantity, condition, etc. of the returned product and proceed with the procedure.

*If a product is sent that does not meet the return conditions, it may not be eligible for a refund. We may be required to return the product to the customer (shipping fee: paid by the customer), or we may be required to separately charge handling fees and product costs. Please note.

4.Refund
After the refund procedure is completed, a refund completion email will be sent. Refund methods vary depending on your payment method.

■ About long-term absence, refusal to receive, and incorrect address

If the product cannot be delivered due to long-term absence, refusal to receive it, or incorrect address, the same charges apply as for returning the product due to the customer's convenience, including restocking fees and shipping charges at the time of delivery and return of the ordered product. Please note that we will be responsible for this.

■ About exchange and incorrect delivery of defective products
