Dark Chocolate And Cardamom Coffee

Ingredients

  • 500ml (2 cups) plunger coffee
  • 300ml (+-1 cup) full cream milk
  • 100g 70% dark chocolate, chopped
  • 3 cardamom pods, crushed
  • 4 tablespoons honey

Preparation

  • Combine the milk, honey and cardamom in a saucepan over medium heat.
  • Bring to a simmer, then add the chocolate and turn off the heat. Let the chocolate melt and the cardamom infuse for a few minutes.
  • Stir until fully melted, then strain out the cardamom pods. 
  • Once your coffee is ready, mix in the chocolate cardamom milk. 
  • Pour into your Le Creuset On The Go Travel Mug and seize the day!
