Due to the product manufacturing process, Le Creuset does not perform any repairs or maintenance.
- Please tell me about the LIFE TIME guarantee.

Le Creuset uses LIFE for its cast enamel products. We have a TIME guarantee. This warranty applies only to manufacturing defects in the product. The warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by natural wear and tear or misuse, or if the product is used for commercial purposes.
If you have any inquiries regarding product defects or malfunctions, please contact the store where you purchased the product.
Please note that this may not apply if the store of purchase is unknown, if the purchase was made overseas, or if you live overseas. If purchased at an outlet store in Malaysia or overseas, this warranty may not apply in accordance with outlet regulations. - There was a problem with the product I received. Who should I contact?
