Casting enamelware products Go to question list

Please tell me the precautions to use cast enamel products for a long time.

Please check the following usage precautions.
●It has high thermal conductivity and heat storage, so there is no need to use high heat. Start with medium heat or lower, and once the handle gets warm, reduce the heat to very low. However, as long as there is enough water in the pot, such as when boiling water, there is no problem even using it over high heat.
*The recommended high heat for an IH cooking heater is 1000 to 1300W.
*Please adjust according to the size of the bottom of the pot, not the scale of the heat source.
● When using an IH cooking heater, please use it at 800W (medium heat) or less. The scale and firepower of the heat source vary depending on the manufacturer. Please be sure to check your manufacturer's instruction manual.
● Empty firing is strictly prohibited. If there are not enough ingredients in the pot, the condition will be similar to empty cooking.
● Do not put a hot pot into cold water or immediately heat a pot that has been chilled in the refrigerator.
● If a strong impact is applied, the enamel enamel may crack. Please be especially careful about the handles, edges, and corners as they are easily damaged.
● Please avoid using hard scrubbers, bleach, cleansers, and melamine sponges.
●You can also use metal ladles and spoons such as stainless steel, but they may leave metal marks (silver lines). We recommend using our silicone products and wood products.

TNS ProductsGo to question list

Please tell me the precautions to use TNS products for a long time.

Please check the following usage precautions.
● The main unit and handle will be hot during or immediately after cooking. There is a risk of burns, so be sure to use potholders and keep out of reach of young children.
● Place the product on the center of the stove and use it in a stable state.
● Do not leave the product dry for a long time. Empty heating may cause fire, deformation or discoloration of the product, deterioration or damage to the non-stick coating, or burning of the food. As a guide, if you leave it dry for more than 2 minutes over medium heat, the non-stick coating will begin to deteriorate or become damaged.
● Do not use the product when it is filled to the brim with water, etc. Boiling over or boiling over may cause the gas fire to go out or cause a heat source failure. The appropriate amount for cooking is 6 to 7 minutes or less.
● When cooking, be sure to add a small amount of oil. It protects the non-stick coating and enhances the flavor of your food.
● When using for fried foods such as tempura, there is a risk of fire due to overheating of the oil. If you leave the heat source during cooking, be sure to turn off the heat. Also, if you add too much oil, it may catch fire, so please aim for less than half the depth of the product.
● Do not use the lid when using a large amount of oil, such as when cooking fried foods. The oil may become hot and cause a fire.
● When frying with a small amount of oil, please refrain from using the heat source's temperature adjustment function for frying. Be sure to adjust the heat manually.
● Please be careful not to pour liquid or watery items into the product while it is still hot, as oil may splatter.
● Do not use a microwave oven as it is not compatible as a heat source. Sparks may occur inside the microwave oven, causing stains on the product and microwave oven, malfunction, damage, or fire.
● Do not subject the product to strong shocks such as dropping it, or immerse it in water while it is hot to cool it down quickly. This may cause deformation of the main body. When washing the product, please start washing it after the product has cooled down.
● To protect the non-stick coating on the surface of the product, please use cookware made of silicone, heat-resistant resin, or wood. Do not use metal utensils or hand mixers as they will damage the processed surface. Scratches on the surface will prevent the non-stick coating from being fully effective. Also, if you hit the edge of the product with a metal handle, the non-stick coating may peel off from that area. We highly recommend using our "Gourmet Spatula" (a silicone rubber spatula).
● Do not cut the material inside the product or pierce it with sharp knives.
● Avoid leaving the product dirty for a long time, or storing ingredients or food inside the product for a long time, as this may cause the non-stick coating to deteriorate or peel.
● After cooking with an electric cooking heater such as a halogen heater or radiant heater, do not leave the empty product unattended while the top plate is hot. Doing so may cause fire, deformation of the main unit, or damage to the non-stick coating.
